What clients say

Five client testimonials, in their own words, as the firm received them.

I had an excellent experience working with attorney Cutillo. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best possible outcome. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, answered all questions, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable. I highly recommend attorney Cutillo to anyone in Connecticut looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and compassionate legal representation.

Attorney Cutillo had the commitment, drive, and energy that I was looking for in a lawyer to represent me in obtaining a Civil Protection Order. Online harassment is a bit of an evolving and gray area, but he did his research and successfully made my case before the judge in New Haven. I remain grateful and strongly recommend his services.

Attorney Cutillo did an excellent job representing me. He’s extremely knowledgeable and capable. It was a dark time for me, but with his help I was able to put that stressful chapter behind me. I’d highly recommend Atty. Cutillo.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional legal guidance provided during a truly challenging period. David and his staff's expertise and unwavering support made navigating complex matters feel manageable. Throughout the entire process, I felt heard, respected, and confident in David's abilities. His dedication to achieving the best possible outcome was evident at every step. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of outstanding legal representation.

Sometimes good people make wrong choices. Mostly without malice, but because they are dealing (or not) with life's challenges. However, this is not an excuse to avoid any penalty, and so it was a stroke of fortune to have Mr. Cutillo represent me. Mr. Cutillo is clearly knowledgeable of the law, the ins & outs of the court system, and how to secure a fair outcome. So much so that he came as a referral from colleagues at another law firm along with their praises of him. All of our conversations ended with me feeling Mr. Cutillo had my best interest in mind. He speaks in a calm voice, explaining everything and answering all my questions even when I am repetitive. He guided and supported me from beginning to end, and fortunately for me it ended favorably. What I found most notable about Mr. Cutillo... never was he critical, never judgmental, and never made me feel I was not worth another chance. Yes, I absolutely would recommend Mr. Cutillo for counsel.
